Jonny was in general practice for 16 years before moving into the corporate dental sector in 1999.

In 2008, together with Gabriele they purchased their first practice in Lincoln and have since grown the business extensively.

Gabriele graduated in 2002. She has extensive experience in both NHS and private dentistry and has an interest in facial aesthetic treatments and sedation procedures.

Gabriele also oversees various other functions in the group.

Andy has over 25 years experience of clinical dentistry. He has experience as a corporate clinical director including 15 years at IDH.

He is Vice Chairman Lincolnshire Local Dental Committee with responsibility for Corporate and other dental advice and liaison with LPN/LDN and the LAT (Lincolnshire and Leicestershire) Andy has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and implantology.

Lin has had extensive experience in managing multi site dental practices both NHS and private and has the knowledge and experience to successfully coordinate the daily opreration of the business.

She is comfortable working with people of all levels and has an excellent approach to delveloping business processes. She has gained additional skills and knowledge in managing sedation, Orthodontic and Implant clinics.

Lin joined the Carholme group in 2013 and oversees all the operational elements of the business.

Sue has worked in the dental industry for the last 39 years. She joined the Carholme Dental Group in October 2014 when the Practice she had managed for 18 years was acquired by the Carholme Group.

In January 2016 Sue successfully applied for the position of Northern Area Manager and currently looks after the 10 sites in the North of England. Sue is involved in the acquisition processes at all new sites, implementing company policies and procedures and assisting the managers during handover.

She ensures the efficient delivery of NHS contracts, compliance and organic growth of the business and is passionate about patient care and staff welfare.
