Payment Plans FAQ

How do you join our plan ?

Our plan is designed for patients who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered.

Who is our plan for?

There is no need for an assessment. All you have to do is complete a registration form and direct debit mandate.

In addition to your first monthly payment, one-off registration fee of £10 per person will be charged and will be included in your first direct debit payment. If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us two months notice.

If a patient leaves the plan after 12 months of joining the practice will request repayment of any discounts received from the previous 12 months.

What if your treatment is not covered by this plan?

A treatment not covered by this plan can be paid for separately. Your dentist will advise you which option best suits your needs.
